Hancock Neighborhood Association November Meeting— Wednesday, November 18th
The HNA Executive Committee has worked to establish procedures for HNA Zoom meetings that will
secure the meetings and foster communication among HNA members. The meetings will require
additional steps for you to attend. Please read the following instruction to ensure your attendance.
Instructions:
• The meeting is open only to dues paid members living within the boundaries of the Hancock
Neighborhood Association and will require registration to attend.
• Dues are $5 per household; $10 for businesses. Payment can be dropped off c/o Bruce Fairchild,
Treasurer, at 3907 Red River Street. Include your address, email address, and the names of adults
living at that address to complete the dues paid roster.
If you have already paid HNA dues for 2020, but need to update resident names, please send an
email with your property address included to Bruce at: fincap2@texas.net
• To register to attend the meeting send an email request to Hugh Bender, President, at:
hbender@bendertx.com
• Deadline to pay dues and to register is midnight Sunday, November 15th, for the November
18th meeting.
• A unique passcode will be sent to you prior to the meeting.
The two Resolutions will be posted with this meeting announcement on the Hancock Neighborhood
Association website at: https://www.hancockna.org/www/
We highly recommend reading the Resolutions ahead of the meeting.
