Additional Agenda Item for the December 8, 2021 Meeting of the Hancock Neighborhood Association

Hello Neighbors,

One additional agenda item for our HNA meeting this evening is a zoning item that is going before the Austin planning commission on December 14th. The public hearing notice is attached here:

The 1.13-acre lot located at 3500-3700 N IH 35 Southbound has made a request to change the allowable height from 65 feet to 120 feet. No change has been requested to impervious cover limitations, which remains 85%.
