2. Voting Item Related to Perry Estate:
   Zoning changes were approved by Council and a Declaration of Restrictive Covenant drawn from the Zoning and Development Standards negotiated by the HNA Special Committee has been filed, but without HNA named as a party to the Declaration. Zoning changes and the standards in the Restrictive Covenant are final.The vote is to have membership approval to advance the process of adding HNA as a party to the Declaration of Restrictive Covenant, which will allow the HNA to enforce compliance to the terms of the Declaration.
