January 11, 2016 City of Austin Notice Regarding Site Plan for 4001 Red River St.

The following notice was mailed on January 11, 2016 to HNA President Mark Harkrider who received it Wednesday, January 13.

1) The City of Austin has received an application for administrative approval of a site plan at 4001 Red River Street. The applicant wants to build a two story multi-family fourplex on 0.23 acres at 4001 Red River. The applicant is Way Atmadja. 512. 343-0766. The owner of the property is a LLC in the name of Rochmet Sjariffudin at 902 East 40th Street. 512. 775-1111.

A decision will not be made on the site plan before January 25, 2016. The administrative site plan does not require a public hearing; the decision is made by the Director of Development Services Department. There is no appeal of the approval, if granted, for this site plan.

The Hancock Neighborhood Association will file for "interested party status" as may anyone who lives within 500 feet of this property. As an interested party you will receive notice of the Director's decision. To become an interested party,contact the case manager by email before January 25, 2016.
