Subject: Escrow agreement with Hancock Neighborhood Association

Ms Lynch, the Hancock Neighborhood Association has been notified by Heritage
Title Company that the Pioneer Bank Letter
of Credit ( Clark Lyda's letter of credit) will
expire on March 28, 2017. Please advice me
when Mr. Lyda will extend the letter of credit
and actions the Hancock Neighborhood Association needs to take to acknowledge this action.

Below is a summary of the pending and future applications for the Perry Mansion from Michele Rogerson Lynch, Director of Land Use & Entitlements, Metcalfe Wolff Stuart & Williams, LLP. Ms. Lynch wrote that it is intended to be fairly detailed in order "to show what the specific needs and requests are and that they are in line with the previous agreements and conditions."
